POSITION OPENING

The City of Kemmerer is taking applications for Director of Parks and Recreation. This position is responsible for the direction of the administration and general operation of Parks and Recreation Department, supervision and public relations. This position is a salaried exempt position. Desired minimum qualifications: bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration or closely related field; five years of work related experience with a minimum of two years in an administrative/supervisory capacity; have the ability to obtain or have obtained professional or provisional professional certification from WRPA; ability to obtain pool operation certification.
