Public Records Requests
Any person generally has a right to request access to City records, except to the extent the records are protected from disclosure by exemptions contained in the law. There are several points to keep in mind regarding public records requests:

  • Requests fall under the Wyoming Public Records Act found in W.S. 16-4-201 et seq.
  • Individuals must ensure they follow the guidelines found on the application below
  • Depending on the size and scope of the request, applicants may be charged a nominal fee to compile the records
